| I am so pleased and relieved that I chose your company for my move as the service was exemplary. The whole team were delightful, so helpful and courteous and industrious. They worked at an astonishing speed and everything, including all the china and glass which they packed, arrived in perfect condition. I have never moved on this major scale before and realise now how traumatic the process could have been if the team had not been such a kind and friendly one. | Adam and his man (I think it's 'Bog') were absolute angels on Saturday, from calling to advise they were running a little late to doing everything necessary to get the job done both properly and there and then. Having it put up for us as well was a massive boon.
We're also fairly confident that the mirror, despite not looking brand new from the rear, is more secure than it was in it's original condition and more safely attached to the wall. Adam did express some surprise at how it had been put together and at the screws with which it was meant to be fastened to the wall - but I hope he has explained this to you in professional terms as we couldn't if we tried!
Anyhow, the mirror is up and we're thrilled. Thank you for dealing with with the issue so promptly and with such professionalism. It really is very much appreciated.
